Romans 12:2, which says, “Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is—his good, pleasing and perfect will”
Renewing The Mind
With so much chaos and corruption in the world today, at one point in time, I thought the only way to obtain liberation was to have a physical revolution. But after spending over 10 years on my spiritual path, I began to realize that true liberation is not about a physical revolution; it’s about an evolution to a spiritual awakening. And it all starts in the mind!
True liberation requires switching ones mindset from focusing on fear, chaos, lack, and a victim mentality; to a mindset focused on peace, love, and abundance. It requires becoming free of all false indoctrinations, beliefs, and mental enslavements in order to see through the illusions and lies.
Here at Rebirth Liberation, we provide the tools to help others raise their awareness and consciousness. If you are ready to evolve spiritually and get prepared for the new earth; then join me on this journey so we can reset, and renew our minds together. Ase!

The Power of Awareness
Spiritual awareness is a state of expanded consciousness that involves recognizing one's connection to something greater than the physical self. It involves seeing beyond the material world to create a deeper sense of purpose and inner peace. However, before you can have spiritual awareness, you must have personal awareness. Personal awareness is the first step in releasing old patterns that have been deeply ingrained in our consciousness. When we begin to pay attention to everything in our surroundings, but not react to them, personal awareness can expose the hidden traumas and illusions that we have held onto.

How to Do Deep Breathing
Learning to breathe properly can increase your lifespan by improving lung health, cellular efficiency, and stress management. Diaphragmatic breathing, or deep breathing, enhances oxygen intake, which is crucial for cellular repair and function. But most of us breathe shallowly, high in the chest, triggering a stress response.
So how should be breathe? Proper breathing is when we inhale deeply through the nose, while the diaphragm and abdomen push's out. Then hold the breath for 3-5 seconds, and slowly exhale out through the mouth. Proper breathing is linked to improvements in sleep quality, digestion, and mental clarity.
